"I had called two weeks prior to my event to book the 22ft purple hurricane waterslide. They lady I was on the phone with took down all my information and even gave me an estimated amount that included shipping and the delivery dates that could vary. At the end of the phone call she confirmed my order and said I could pay upon arrival. Two weeks later, the day the slide was to be delivered, I called them back to ask the delivery time. When I did this, she read back all my information just to inform me that it was never booked. I spent so much time and effort for my event to meet my expectations and now I have to look for a different place to book."
