"This place was a sanctuary for me to ground myself, lay my head and recuperate. That’s my opinion and I believe it’s a solid, affordable, drama-free place to stay while in transition."

"Leslie is awesome. It's a great hand up for those that need a second chance at a fresh start. While I've never stayed here, I've had interactions with those that have."

"Disaster. Parades itself as an advocate for those in "need" when it's quite the opposite. Don't dare question anything the world's most unprofessional manager threatens you with. For example.. if you use my AC and the power "takes a hit" and it breaks my AC you're (me) paying for it! Asked how do we stay cool in Florida's heat with a pregnant fiance... We were told to leave the down open for a breeze. IN A HOTEL!! When I asked to speak to a manager we were told to leave because she ain't about to be questioned. Of course this is after she was 45 min late with no notice, and after she had me change the lightbulbs for her. Again. Diaster of an organization"

"The beds are surprisingly soft. The place is clean and maintained it might need some upgrades but good for the price you are paying. It is just under new management that doesn't know how to advertise well. Cheap for predictable entertainment. The ice machine, AC, and showers work great though."

"I would give it less stars, but this is as low as it goes. Everything is run down and dirty. The bedding is gross. There is never anyone to answer the phone or at the registration desk if you lose your key. They don't clean your room, but come in it to turn your ac unit off. The only reason I'm here is because it's a free room paid by work, but I'm thinking about paying for one somewhere else because this one is so disgusting! Would not recommend unless you are a crackhead!"
