"Tru by Hilton Sebring was a good experience. We booked for one night using our points. Our digital key didn't work so we had to check in person when we arrived at 730pm. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and not too packed. The view from our room on the third floor was very nice. There wasn't too much noise at night which was a plus. Overall we'd definitely stay again if needed. Not sure if my Diamond member status got me any additional benefits, didn't feel like it."
"Room was by the “Wedding Venue”. The volume of the music was horrendous (but not as horrendous as the song selection). I called front desk, and her response: “it’s a wedding”. I didn’t pay for a hotel room to listen to terrible music at club volume levels from outside my window."
"Emergency stay due to plumbing issues. Great view of the lake, friendly staff, nice rooms, nice lounge area. The only negative is no microwaves in room."
"Don't use the soap. It removed every bit of moisture from my skin. The coffee is a slight brown, mostly hot water. The clerk said. "What do you want." It was unpleasant. The building is nice but the smell in the room is strong. Reminds me of the smell of plastic."
"What a lovely stay in a sweet little town! The staff was always helpful and pleasant. I especially enjoyed my interactions with Parker at the front desk, who was kind and knowledgeable. The hotel struck the perfect balance of energetic and comfortable. The lovely lake views on both sides of the building enhanced the stay, and the grounds were nice to walk around on. The rooms felt clean, well thought out, and up-to-date."
