I had to break a lease and pay a penalty, but it was definitely worth it.My 2 bedroom with garage (1418 sq ft) & lanai has every amenity I was looking for. The community is immaculately maintained, the staff is friendly and extremely competent. Lots of events and friendly residents, and all ground floor. Only downfall I can see is that you must be at least 55 yrs old to live here."
