"I originally left a great review because our first night was great. When we came back the second time it was a new guy at the desk. He was rude and mean and hated that we woke him up to do his job and check us in. We did not stay here again and will never again. My husband and I just got a contract in Naples and planned to make this our place to stop for the night once a week for our commute. Now I have to find a new place. If you stay here make sure it’s on the night the Indian guy works because he’s kind and accommodating, the white guy hates you and probably has an iq of 10. When we were leaving, to just drive home at this point, he teased us about wasting gas to get there and laughed like he won the situation as if his job isn’t sales. Big time loser."
"Battery percentage rooms inside extremely clean. Great management. The water pressure could be a little bit better... Looking at the outside I was a little bit curious. But the insides are very nice. Recommend!"

"The first time I went, I thought it was decent for the price. The river view was pretty nice. The second time, the room was not good. I asked for a different room and they did accommodate. However, they did not return my deposit. There was no reason not to do so. I didn’t take or damage anything. I called and they said someone would get back to me and never did."
