"If you are Looking for a nice quite place to relax and have an amazing Vacation This is the place. Plenty of activities from Horseshoe to Ice cream socials and Food trucks. Very clean and nice permanent residents. Not like a long term with junk around everything. This Is a slice of Heaven right by the river and even have have wter front sites with free boat slips if you own a boat."
"We stayed with friends, who own a unit there. it is a cozy spot on the laguna and folks who use this gated resort are very friendly. The units are very close to each other with limited space, however there are sports and various activities planned on the complex that added value to the resort - pickle ball, Bocci ball, horseshoes, floor shuffle board. There is a library on site, dance lessons, games in green spaces, pool on the premises."
"Great RV park. We had a nice pull thru space for our 43 ft Dutchstar and Gladiator jeep. Love the location and easy access off I75. Office personnel was very nice. Highly reccommend this park."

"They mean it when they say "no refund" from September 1 through April 30 . . . On 2/7/2023 we made reservations for one night for RV site for 3/27/2023 since we had stayed there previously and enjoyed our stay. My husband unexpectedly passed away on 2/26/2023 and they would not refund our one night stay."
