This is a notable contrast to my previous experience in a high-end $3000 apartment complex, where the maintenance was notably subpar. Overall, the entire community is not only well-maintained but also consistently clean, creating a pleasant living environment."

"Just returned from trying to get information about these apartments. My son and his girlfriend are looking for a studio or one bedroom and they have a flexible move in date. Sabrina (that's the name she gave me when I asked) was not only very rude and hostile, but would not give any information unless she knew a move in date. So we said December 1st or January 1st. She huffed, went into a closed room and shouted to us from behind closed doors what units were available. Finally she came back to the lobby and told us the information. Every question I asked was answered with very rude, short, and abrupt answers. We were told we could not see an apartment until the day before move in or the day the lease was signed. I suppose it's a good thing she let us know what kind of service to expect before we wasted anymore of our time. Sabrina's hostile behavior towards us was really negative and unwarranted. I almost asked her what days she is off so we could return and perhaps speak to a representative with a less threatening and argumentative attitude."

"I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I absolutely love this place. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept extremely well. It’s quiet and comfortably. Management is awesome and always fixes any issues I have immediately. We’re definitely staying!"

"I moved into this complex in February and have been more than satisfied with the conditions. The grounds are well kept, we have a brand new playground, and although the pool had been closed when we first moved in, it was due to the hurricane and I understood that management was at the mercy of finding a contractor to do the work (and we all know they were and are still inundated with work!). There are lots of kids here and my daughter is so happy to have "neighborhood friends". Our neighbors are friendly and I have had no strange/unsafe activity occur since we moved in. The staff have been friendly, courteous and keep me informed on anything I may need to know. Sure, rent is higher than I'd like but I found that they were on the lower end for quite a large apartment as opposed to some brand new complexes in the area that are charging disgustingly high rent. I think Country View is fair considering the market value and I hope to be here for many years to come!"

"These apartments are older but decent when I moved in 2021. We have great neighbors in our building. The problem post Ian is that management has significantly dropped the ball when it came to cleaning and restoration of the complex. Not to mention they forced everyone to renew leases 13 - 15 months vs. the usual 7 - 12. The rent for this 50 year old complex was astronomically jacked up after the storm. The pool area was closed for 6 months after Ian. This segways into the maintenance issue we have. I have had ongoing issues with my ac system for two years now. The routine maintenance is never done at this complex. Once my apartment was actually left unlocked by maintenance. Most of my neighbors are moving out now. So will I when my lease is up. This complex has lots of issues. Beware."
