"We’ve been here since we lost our home due to the hurricane, we love it. Office staff is amazing and maintenance is awesome as well. It’s absolutely beautiful here!"

"Do not move here. I’ve lived here for roughly two years and it just continues to go downhill as the rent continues to rise. They charge you for valet trash that frequently doesn’t come. They charge you to DNA swab your dog so they can track poop that doesn’t get picked up and fine residents, yet somehow the community is always filled with dog poop. The grass is dead throughout most of the community. The paint is chipping on the buildings and hallway floors. The dog park is a swamp. The overall maintenance and upkeep of the community is severely lacking. I’ve brought these concerns up to the management team multiple times. They don’t reply unless you go in person and even then, they’re very nice and tell you what you want to hear but ultimately take no action. The place has a lot of potential and was a great place to live when it first opened two years ago. Very disappointing when paying nearly $2k/month for a “luxury” one-bedroom apartment. Hopefully this saves another person from experiencing what I am."
