"When I moved in here I knew I was in the right place for the time being here. Management was amazing and did everything necessary for me to feel comfortable. Marilyn is a top-of-the-line manager and always does whatever it takes to make sure things are done properly here. Her kindness goes a long way. George is a Non-Stop working machine. He is always doing something to make this place better. I want to say thank you to both of them, without them in my life as friends or Associates through living here I would be lost. I only wish that when I do leave here and I enter a different compound or apartment complex I meet two more people just like them."
"I have truly enjoyed living at Riverwalk. They have been cleaning up the place, making it more aesthetically pleasing. Marilyn is amazing! We know that once the owners finish the updates, it will be beautiful. Super dog friendly. I really like the neighbors I know. Great pool with a lot of kids outside all year round. Fishing pier and gazebo are the best part. They are always cooperative, even when we had a city construction crew break the water pipe—the staff worked hard to keep us informed. Location next to downtown is ideal."
