"Having lived at the Oasis at Cypress Woods for several years, I can confidently recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. Recent interactions with the property manager, Madison and the maintenance staff reminded me why I continue to sign a new lease here year after year. Madison and the entire leasing office staff are warm, friendly and professional. I have never had a question or concern that wasn’t addressed promptly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I’ve had minimal maintenance related issues through the years, but when an issue does arise, it has been addressed and rectified within hours of notifying them. This staff goes above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and beautiful. The amenities are great and the location right off of I75 is ideal!"
"I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say it’s the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Katie was amazing through the whole leasing process, and is always so pleasant when anything is needed. The maintenance team is extremely fast in helping with any issues in the apartment. The amenities are always clean. I am very glad we made the decision to move to this complex and look forward to staying a while!"
