"BEWARE! Maintenance guy entered my premises without warning, and changed the locks. I could not enter my apartment. I called several times for maintenance to come and nobody responded. I had to call a locksmith, and had pay $250 to enter my apartment."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!!!! There’s mold and roaches everywhere. We pay a fee for the trash yet it is always overflowing and disgusting. PILES of trash lined up outside of the dumpster is literally the first thing you see when driving into the complex. Maintenance is the worst and very unsanitary they never fix anything, just slap a bandaid on the problem and you continuously have to call back for the same reoccurring issue BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER FIXED TO BEGIN WITH. Somehow the rent is raised every year but there aren’t any new improvements being made within the homes."

"Lived here from fifth grade to 11th grade with my parents and I was bullied to the point where I had to spend most of my time indoors. They either have or had these so called "security" who flirted with the young teenage girls. My parents complained multiple times about our house getting egged and me being bullied but they did nothing about it. The staff were rude, there were roaches, it took maintnance forever to fix things and on top of that there were no parking spaces! I had to walk FAR to get to our apartment. The only plus side is that we didn't have to pay as much as others because we lived there before the prices went up. Overall bad experience. :("

"Very Over Priced!!! $1,400+ for a place that has no washer & dryer- they have a laundry mat, but when you $ on load the card & have a balance left over, they take it. No parking, & tow trucks are ALWAYS here. No dishwasher, no 2nd whole bathroom, & they MAKE you pay additional charges for services you do NOT use through them. Moved in paying a substantially lower amount & they went way up over $200+ for the next year. Yes, they fix things, after you call them a few times. Yes they have pest control, but I used my own, bc there were still bugs. But the property just is NOT worth what they are charging, & to add extra unnecessary fees is ridiculous. Would NOT recommend living here."

"We moved in in Nov, the apartment is not worth what we pay but it's close to our work. Its is a decent townhome. I feel though however since moving in the main staff in the front office is rude, I have had a few issues that have cause me to consider writing this review. They don't want kids playing out side. The manager told my children t That they need to be inside reading not playing outside as it is disrupting people around them. They are 11, 9 and 5. Then still having roach issues that I now have taken it upon myself to address with outside help from another company. Then now they lost my rent from last month and a month later tell me I owe it but send me a notice I am late with 1.5 months owed when they say they don't take partial payments but only half my payments posted. We don't have the money to move or we would. Karen in the office admitted she took the money order that day and said she she will post when the other payment gets there but now can't find it and wasn't posted. I don't like being lied to or having issues with the security of my kids having a roof over there head. This is not the only time she has lied to me. We do love the area and it is next to the kids school and family."
