"My son been living in the apartment complex for almost one month without no air conditioning working. All we are getting is excuses."
"The kitchen sink backs up and the toilet. It smells so bad. The outlets don’t work. They evicted next door neighbors and now the roaches are coming into my apartment. Why is it that there is nobody ever at the office? They fired Maria and had someone now she’s gone. There was another lady that was extremely rude. The VP Stephanie is never to be found. How do you report this to the state? This has to be illegal, all of these complaints."
"the prices are too high for the way the apartments looks make sure u check everything before moving in bc iv been telling them for 8months abt my floor and the owner haven't done anything abt it also I had to fix kitchen cabinets n bothroom bc the bathroom they didn't fix it properly n the cabinets to the kitchen was a mess also the AC leaks under the floor n the floor is sponging up been telling them for 8 months I took pictures of everything and sending to corporate but front desk lady is awesome the maintenance guy is awesome I love them both its just the owner need to be more responsible she needs to put cameras everywhere n she needs to hire more people bc two cnt do everything there self n be more responsible with the apartments and making sure they look like what we gonna pay for.."
"Worst place ever: flooded sink for one week and nothing happen yet, smell is horrible, maintenance came two days in a row and he did not do anything. Smell worst ever. For sure they waiting for the whole monthly payment."
"The front desk assistant manager is really nice, She will work with you the best way she can. The maintenance personnel is very dedicated and never rest. But the prices are too high. Been here two years and ever since I moved in I have had termite problems. It’s not the people that works here fault they are doing their jobs. It’s the owner faults they don’t know what they doing."
