"This place has beautiful grounds and backs up to an orange Grove. There is a pool and an outdoor seating area with grills. Wonderful to hang out there. If it weren't for those I would only give it 2 stars. The office caters to those people they like. I have seen a particularly manipulative resident get her way on moving into a larger apartment just because she repeatedly badgered the property manager. The move was not deserved. New management went back on their word of the previous management to let me move into a 2 bedroom apartment. I observed backstabbing among certain residents and fights to the point the police were called multiple times. There are a couple of dogs that are aggressive and should not be allowed on this facility. Yes I did live there for a short time and visited over one and a half years before that. These are my observations."
"I used to live there, when I was there the office manager was great, her name was Dusty and everybody loved her. Now I hear that the office manager now is very nice and goes out of her way to help people. But to live there I would not live there again if they paid me all the money in the world"
"The first 4months were fine, however my rent was increased twice within one year. There was a bed bug infestation. I had to pay for all repairs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was met with hostility, invasion of my privacy and defamation of my character."
