"Here is my honest opinion living here : I really enjoy living here they are really strict on the rules, and sometimes the communication can be unclear or subject to change but I can appreciate the purpose it serves these owners are in top of their property, nothing lapses, you have a consistently clean, well kept and maintained safe living conditions especially for little ones. All of the neighbors, I have met are about their business and no drama, just hard working people caring for their families. It is not a walk in the park to qualify and they are really serious about inspections, no funny business with the rules. I would highly recommend that people try and try again because it is worth it!!!!!!! It’s actually a program that moves you to home ownership, where you get some money back from rent toward your first home and support via education along the way. With the rising cost of rent, the subsided cost is a major win!!! If you can take advantage of the program fully and all the educational resources they provide it would truly have proved to be a helping hand as you rise to financial freedom. Stick to their rules and you will do good."

"First off Gaby Balli in the reviews is the landlord. I live here right now and this woman has made comments about my parenting and how I take care of my household. She is out for money. If you can avoided it please do. I have covid and am being told if I don't get out because of my lease was not renewed even though I was sent renew letters, will be evicted. I have no where to go. Save yourself the stress."

"I was warned this place doesn't approve applications, just accepts money from everyone applying. Turned in all my paperwork and was told by Gaby that it looked like a super easy approval as I had everything lined up. We went over my income several times prior to me wanting to pay anything, so I wouldn't be wasting money on applying. I was told that everything was good except waiting on approval for rental history. Rental history was confirmed and then I get a call back with issues with my income even though my paystubs show exactly what I make and it falls in between the very narrow income guidelines."

"I went to the Veranda Breeze property yesterday late in the afternoon right before closing and the Manager and Gabby were there and took care of me after closing time. Not only did they see me they also helped me with the application. They were professional and courteous and very hospitable. They even showed me the apartment and it was 6:22pm, wayyy after closing time. Although I didn’t qualify for the apartment, I had questions and they answered all of my questions and concerns with respect and patience. Not to mention the property is quiet, clean and well maintained. If anyone is looking this is the place. No wonder they are at capacity, it’s a good place to live... I don't care what people say until you experience it for yourself it's not important. Thank you for your assistance and patience ladies God Bless you!"
