"Parents be careful, this complex will place female students with all male roommates if you choose “random” roommates, they will do this without your knowledge or consent. I can’t believe they are putting young women’s lives at risk in this manner. Do not house your student here."
"The apartment is nice and I like the amenities but it is almost impossible to have friends over. There are 5 parking spaces for visitors, if you don't get a spot your car will get towed. As a college student this is definitely something to keep in mind before moving."
"Good morning I would like to take a moment of your time and send some praise. That’s well overdue at least from us regarding a young man named Brandon your employee. He has always tried to go the extra mile with his job in our opinion very well we own several rental properties and it’s very difficult to find a good employee and we want to let you know that we believe Brandon is a valuable asset to your company. A matter of fact there was a time not too long ago that we were not going to renew With the Standard because of a couple issues and the only reason that we did was because of Brandon and I just wanted to let you know and bring it to your attention."
"Living here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The complex charges several large add-on fees that they don't clearly inform you about and they were not very good with addressing concerns. During move in, there was work still being done in my room, and I was reassigned to another sublease before being notified. The room I moved in to had eviction photos on the door when I arrived, and the folks at the front desk seem to have not communicated with one another at all. The hallways, bike room, and elevator are always filthy. And, the office staff lacked in good communication. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they kept you me in the dark with several things and continued to charge me for things over my short stay over here. Additionally, the walls were paper thin, and although the area around was not very safe. Often, there would be people engaging in illegal activities on the roof."
"As soon as you walk in, you will notice how clean the spaces and once you go to the rooms, they are quite spacious. The rooftop itself is very nice as well. The staff does take a good care of maintenance and everyone is pretty friendly. I will say that because it’s a place filled with college kids. It can get rowdy but it’s pretty easy to get around."
