"Do not ever live in Amber Oaks. The building is very old and outdated, appliances and fixtures break weekly, and they turn the water off multiple times a month and either do not tell you or tell you once it is already off. Yes you can call maintenance, but it's very inconvenient for someone to enter your home all the time especially since they show up with no warning. They've also tried to enter my apartment when I was in the shower since they do not let you know when they are coming. The washers and driers for the buildings are communal, dirty, only take quarters, and my clothes are never clean. Rent is way over priced for such an old and falling apart apartment complex. I cannot wait to move."
"This is the absolute worst property management ever. They charge a fortune for Davis Islands apartments (about $1,150 a month for less than 600 sqft) then don’t fix leaking air conditioner or leaking ceiling. They are completely worthless once you sign a lease. Stay away!!"
