Channel Club Apartments

"We’ve been living in Channel Club for over two years now and resigned our lease because we love it! Main points we love: Publix downstairs, larger floor plan, great city view, walkable access in Channelside and trolley access. When we moved here, channel club was one of the few high rises that had a 2.5/2.5 floor plan which was a must have for us working from home. Since we have calls at the same time it’s easier to have separate offices. I love this floor plan because it also has a lot of natural light and space which we were missing at our previous apartment. Maintenance is really quick here, often coming the same day. The front office staff is really friendly and helpful too. They have social resident events about once a month and a food truck comes in front of the building about every two weeks, but sometimes more often. The pool and club house are really nice and were recently renovated. For the most part it’s pretty quiet, obviously it’s in an urban area so you’ll hear some sounds from the highway but they did a great job with the windows where it’s not so loud even in corner units. It’s been pretty quiet for the most part on our floor with neighbors too. There are two dog parks nearby and they have separate areas for large and small dogs. I like the park under the overpass the best because it has more small dog space than the other park. It’s been easier to get out more living in this area as it’s so walkable and more businesses are popping up as it’s growing. We also found it easier to make new friends here since it’s more of a community and residents are pretty friendly compared to other areas we lived in."

"This high-rise offers incredible views and is conveniently located within walking distance of Publix, Crunch, CVS, and Starbucks. The units are modern without over-doing it. The amenities, internet, garage parking, and security are all excellent. Jaclyn and the entire staff are extremely helpful and made the move-in process seamless. Highly recommended!"

"This has been an exceptional place to live! Super clean, safe, quiet, and an unbeatable location. The team is friendly and responsive. The amenities like pool, gym, and workspaces are always well maintained. We’ve had no issues during our time here and would stay if we weren’t moving out of state to the northeast."

"Very clean, spacious, great views, staff is very friendly and having ev chargers makes life so easy. The only issue so far is the internet is advertised as 500/up&down but it’s more like 100 download and 20 upload (Ethernet) I’m upgrading for $40 more/m ($100 total). I think it’s a shared band width. However, the pros outweigh the cons. The only cons are the internet and price. Tbh, rent is crazy everywhere and it’s a little expensive but it’s extremely nice here. Especially living above a Publix, everything you need is a short walk away. The gym is lackluster but if you’re a gym rat there’s a crunch 0.2 miles away so a short walk and you’re at a huge gym. Pool is very nice and regularly used, they clean the grills daily it seems and club room is seems pretty useful with guests."

"I recently moved in at Channel Club and can already tell this place is top tier. I had a complicated move in situation as I had no overlap on my leases but Jackie made the move in process a breeze. Every question or concern I had was immediately addressed and resolved. The level of care and professionalism here has exceeded my expectations already! The unit and common areas were spotless upon move in- and I am a neat freak. Jackie was by far the most helpful leasing consultant I’ve spoken to and you’re in good hands if she’s helping you out!
