"This beautiful company decided to hire someone to pressure wash the building or clean the garage, something like that. I got in my car that morning to the lovely smell of bleach, only to find out my entire car that was $60,000 was soaked in bleach, & it’s Vinyl wrapped so the material is not supposed to have bleach on it & can ruin it. I went and asked the office what the deal was, the front desk guy said he didn’t know and would check. He took photos of my car and smelled it as well to know there was bleach all over it. This was at 10:00 in the morning, I get home at 5:20 and go to the office because I have not received a call yet, he gives me excuses and says we’re trying to figure out who did it.. lied straight to my face, the people who did it were outside still finishing the building and he didn’t know I spoke to him. The day before hand I had my car detailed, I do it once a month as something special for myself and now I have to get it completely redone the following day. I wouldn’t be mad under normal circumstances but the guy I was talking to just straight up lied to my face and told me there’s nothing he can do. So here’s your 1 star review, hopefully other people will nice vehicles will know their car isn’t safe here and should watch out because they won’t help you at all."

"Such an amazing place to live! With Tampa growing so fast, it's so hard to find a good location with a quiet home-feel, that is also close to everything. I love being able to hop on the trolley and head to Water Street, Sparkman Wharf or Downtown. Walk score is definitely 100. The community itself is also great. The staff is always helpful and they always host events where residents actually have fun and get to know each other. Definitely recommend!"

"I am currently moving out and would like to say this was one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Edgar and Cory were amazing and made the move-in/move-out process extremely simple. They both were easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I had. There is only two issues I encountered 1. There were issues with my AC leaking (which went on for months, though was minor), but the maintenance crew was always on top of it and even replaced the system for us. 2. My bicycle was stolen out of the garage while it was locked to the rack. It’s not their fault, so I understand (it’s ybor…). However, they just recently created a bike room which will potentially stop these issues from happening again. Overall, I had a pleasant experience living here and would recommend it to others. The floors are a bit thin (had noise complaints for simply walking in my own house), but still a very nice stay."
