"Leaks, RATS, mold issue still ongoing and not good for anyone’s health. Manager is not professional at all and demonstrates no urgency for any issues. Loitering nonstop which is a red flag when there are young kids living here and a safety hazard to everyone. “1” star is really too much to rate, should be NO STAR."
"Don't move to Central court!!!!!!! I have mold and my sink is caving in. Refrigerator leaking... been this way for over 3 years. No improvements. Only broken promises"
"Would be nice for someone to answer phone. Have been calling for days and no response. No voicemail machine comes up to leave a message phone just rings and rings and rings. Also tried the live message chat on their website. Have talked to several people. They all tell me the same thing that someone will reach out to me and no one does. What a hassle. Who is in charge of this? UPDATE: A month later and noone has ever reached out to me. I seen the reply that someone would reach out to me but nope not one call back. Says alot. I'm not trying anymore I just wanted to hop back on and give a truthful update."
"I love this place. This is a great home to make friends and lovers. ( I like black guys) I even met a few cops here! I have no problem getting what I need from my neighbors. Cheese.. Parties are great here. Just watch out for the Po Po..This weekend they shot a young brother just because he had a shotgun.."
