"Marcel is lying and up residents rent on subsides housing and getting people evictions and he already did this a couple of times over a course of a few months. If this happened to you please call north Tampa housing immediately or comment your Facebook for direct contact number I cannot post here to get rid of Marcel."
"If I could give 0 stars I would! They keep trash records, maintenance sucks, mold, broken appliances and the office is closed more than it's open! They have uncontrollable violence and the security company doesn't make anyone feel secure!"
"Literally everyyyyyywhere. This is what the City and management don't want you to see. Lol. Grew up here young came back and you can tell management don't care. I can post a picture but I'll describe it easily. There is Garbage everywhere on the floor literally garbage everywhere it'll take 2 weeks for a team to clean this dump up. They need to shut the place down and help the people living there. The city doesn't care neither so I don't blame the people living there making the mess."
"There's people in this complex that come to the neighborhood across the bridge and breaking people's cars and they breaking in people's houses. Today June 7th of 2022 there was a shooting as well. Not a safe place especially for a family please keep looking Don't move here"
