"I’m Muslim and had Ramadan decorations hanging on my door. On September 12, 2018 someone threw trash and spoiled food in front of our door, as well as on it and on the doorknob. When I notified the apartment complex as well as my condo manager about it, they expressed initial concern. I asked if a letter or notice could be posted on the neighbors doors so everyone could be more vigilant after this act of vandalism that could be categorized as a hate crime. They took no initiative even after I wrote a letter and emailed it to them. I’m very disappointed in how they handled the situation and would not recommend renting from here."

"Do not live here. The apartments are full of spiders, roaches and ants. The rent includes regular pest control on Mondays but the treatments are ineffective. If you claim to spray regularly but i still find pests in my apartment why use the same company? Maintenance and staff enter your apartment and leave it unlocked with out giving you notice of entry. Some of clothes have been stolen out if my apartment and grocery eaten. BEWARE!!!!"

"I honestly love this place. Beautiful pool area. The staff is very nice and Charles the property manager is very nice as well. I have been in this property for a few months now and absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend this property. If you're looking to move here you'd be making a great decision."

"I currently live here and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Don't let the new paint and asphalt fool you into renting an apartment here. The apartments are full of cockroaches and if you call maintenance they will tell you "they'll have someone come take a look on friday". Even though you pay for this in your apartment lease. If you ever get locked out after hours expect a 3 hour time table to be let into your apartment. If you happen to take a stroll outside through this complex you're likely to find at least one needle on the ground. The office staff is about as rude as possible. I ran into some financial difficulties and would be a few days late paying rent. There is a 75 dollar charge for the first day and five dollars a day after that. They will leave notes on your door daily reminding you that you have not paid. And once you pay you may just get more letters saying that you haven't paid and if confronted, they "mysteriously" find your missing money and apologize. My roommate and I didn't realize we were overpaying and when we asked if we had a credit on our account the office manager laughed in our face, but then again "mysteriously" found the money after I showed her stubs proving how much we paid and our rental agreement showing how much we should have been paying. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! live under a bridge or in an alley downtown, you'll save plenty and likely have far less ROACHES!"

"WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, BAD PEOPLE MANAGING THE PROPERTY, STAY AWAY!!! Update: I am being extorted for a $75 late fee and being threatened with eviction proceedings. I was 20 minutes late with my rent check, dropped it off in the box after i got home late from work. Now they are refusing to cash the check for $645, saying every day i don't pay $720 it goes up another $5, and Friday they will send my file to evictions. I have contacted corporate in hopes of resolving this amicably and avoiding court proceedings. At this time, I am not hopeful, but will update the review if something is done to made the situation right. I have been a loyal tenant who has paid every month on time for over two years."
