"Very disappointed. Called about a month ago and was told I was number 3 on the wait-list and. I called this morning and was told I am number 41. I assume someone is playing with the numbers. I never received a letter or a voicemail,as the lady on the phone is my witness because she said she remember me when I called before. This is poor management. Someone needs to investigate at this location."
"Im not to happy its a lot of things need to be fix I had a window out in my son room since june 2021 through 2 hurricane cycle its 2022 now they holler about inspection and never show up and roach infested the company they use it made it worst so i had hire truly nobley exterminator myself and still have roaches so when one apartment have roaches everybody get infected i never had roach until last year because someone else had them in there place so they travel to place to place coming out of plugs etc..... i had to put duct tape on all my plugs so they wont come in but they found others ways come in many others thing and to many different change of management every 3 months or so they cant keep no maintenance crew they change 3 months also i really want to talk some one that is really over these apartment because i have to tell them the same story about wat need to be fix in my place every 3 months nothing dont be done."

"I only give 1star for the property! The staff NEVER answers the phone..., they disqualify you if you aren’t Hispanic and they promise you the apartment then never call to say come move in or no we don’t want you now! I’m outraged. The housing authority needs to watch this site closely because I really feel cheated!"
