"In 14 years I have to know which one is best , who is not . Have to say that this team Of Wanda and Tania is great . Tania is the manager . As a manager she is lovely , she listens to yours problems and she try to resolve everything . I have to thanks her today for what she did to me . I was so happy and always when I go to the office I got home with smile in my face . I have nobody here , no family . So Riverview apt is my home . Hope Tania and Wanda NEVER , NEVER go . Love them both . Happy Holidays!"

"I have been a resident about 6 months now and I absolutely love this place. Definitely going to renew my lease when it’s up . The only negative thing I could say is that the new assistant manager (Ashley ) isn’t the friendliest. I have only had to deal with her a few times but she did not seem very eager to help me in any way , I honestly felt like I was bothering her.. The manager Tania is amazing , very helpful and does a great job of running this place , and Wanda is so friendly and welcoming, honestly if I don’t see her smiling face when I walk in , I just turn around and walk right back out ."

"It’s not the newest or most updated apartments. The prices are pretty high but match the awful market now. The back of the complex is pretty quiet and okay but the front is where it’s a bit more rough. Maintenance does what they know how to do and they pretend they know how to do things they don’t. Half our outlets don’t hold plugs. Termite problems are VERY bad. General cleanliness is an issue as well. The people in the office are nice and attentive. They used our rent increase money to redo the main office but the gate is still broken and the apartments aren’t well maintained. Overall for $1550… it’s not the best but it could be worse."

"The Positives: I lived here in the early 90's, and when I had the opportunity to move closer to my job, I moved back to River View Apartments. The apartments are very large, the rent is reasonable, the tenants are quiet, and you can't beat the view if you live on the water. Double sliding glass doors lead to the largest screen-in porches that I've ever seen in an apartment setting, and offer ample outdoor living space. The downstairs apartments feature high ceilings and sunken living rooms, which I like. The bedrooms are very spacious as well. I downgraded from a 2 bedroom apartment into a one bedroom, and while cozy, I have been able to accomodate all my furniture. The staff at River View Apartments are friendly and very attentive to the needs of the tenants here. They have a great method of communicating with the tenants as well. This was demonstrated quite well throughout the pandemic. The apartments are older, but well-maintained for the most part. Living here is quiet and safe, and most tenants are friendly to each other. Areas of Opportunity: One area of opportunity is the insufficient amount of dumpsters in certain areas. There are simply not enough dumpsters for the amount of tenants that are here. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, with trash heaped in front of and around the dumpsters. This encourages feral cats, rodents, raccoons, and other vermin, and the only real solution is to provide additional dumpsters. The kitchens are very small in a one bedroom apartment. I live in an "upgraded" apartment (paying extra for said upgrades), which has stainless steel appliances, however, none of the refrigerators come with an icemaker. There are no microwaves either. An over-the-range microwave would free up vital counterspace in a tiny kitchen, and I believe should be a consideration for paying for an upgraded apartment. My final area of opportunity is that there are no ceiling fans in the apartments, unless you choose to add (and remove) at your own expense. There is evidence that there had been ceiling fans before, and in 2020, ceiling fans should be considered an apartment standard and not a luxury item. In closing, the benefits of living here outweigh the areas of opportunity, and perhaps management and ownership will see the added value in these recommendations."
