"The Park of Orvieto is a nice, clean, and quiet community. The grounds are always well kept. There’s been some upgrades inside and outside. The roofing is updated and it looks amazing it makes the community look brighter, it’s literally the first thing I notice now when I pull in. Maintenance does a wonderful job completing request at a timely manner. The office staff is very professional and does an awesome job with communication."
"The park at Orvietto is such A nice peaceful place to live! it’s s very comfortable and clean very family oriented. the rent is reasonable for it to have washer and dryer the maintenance man do their job they keep the place clean and they always come on time to fix anything you need in your apartment. the staff is so nice and so polite! It’s so quiet over here you get plenty of peace and rest. I’ve been staying over here for three years and haven’t had NOT one issue! I love it here!"
"This is the best apartment in this area. If you're a student and looking for off campus housing near to the USF then this should be your first preference as it comes across D route of Bull runner. The whole team of Blue Roc Premier is quite supportive and quick not like the other apartments where you have to wait for the maintenance. As of now my experience is really good with The park at Orvieto Apartments."
