Every time I have reached out to Leah I get the run around because I have yet to be refunded and it’s been almost 30 days ! This place is a scam and I do not recommend!!!"

"=-=-=-MY EXPERIENCE WITH 22 NORTH=-=-=- My roommate and me were intending to move to 22 North and we found there a affordable price. So, we started to gather all the documents needed and pay all fees required. [Struggle 1] Request information was not supposed to be hard, but I tried to call their staff several times (literally every day for 2 weeks straight) and send them emails but they wouldn't answer back at all. We needed to go physically to the place to find information and find out that their phone number indicated in their door was different from the one found in their Google Maps at that time. So, we finally got information about what to send them for the lease. [Struggle 2] We paid the ALL fees ($75 for each plus another fee) but did not receive any confirmation from their staff at all. After a week trying to call, they finally answered and said that there were documents that we submitted wrong but that our room was reserved for us. [Struggle 3] The apartment was not reserved for us when we finally gave them the documents and they told me I needed to make a money order of $75 for my guarantor but when I came to their office they said that it was not necessary. So, they put us in another apartment that was $100 more expensive on the rent and we would have to wait 2 more weeks to be able to move in. [Struggle 4] Even with all these struggles we adopted to move in the date they determined but on early August we receive an email, which was to tell us that our move in date changed and that they wouldn't hold the apartment for us if we didn't move in their new date. So, we finally gave up... Their staff does not demonstrate any professionalism. For instance, when they thought that my income was going to be the only responsible for the apartment rent, they just sent an email saying "you don't make enough money." This is without mentioning them writing "there" instead of "their" and other grammatical errors that made me feel uncomfortable about the company I am trusting in. In summary, I did not have a good experience."
