"We have been out of security lights for over 3 months and it is getting very dangerous for the ladles when they come home bulg 1and the security lights @ the pols don't work its just dark out here to many people been walking out here in the dark"
"Overall I enjoy being here and hope to remain here. However, they dismiss things needing fix and refuses to replace or properly fix things that are wrong. Dozens of emails and you’ll continuously get gaslighted while they continue to raise rent. This could be such a great place if they just took their obligation to the community more seriously! Being late on rent due to the constant increasing of rent even after signing your contract, regardless of your disability, cancer or health is not considered. I actually had an office lady laugh at me when I brought up my concerns to her about things not working in my apartment and being told I just recovered from a breast cancer surgery. I enjoy being here and want to stay but there is definitely a “less than human” feeling you receive. I will say the maintenance team is great and do their absolute best with what they have access too!"

"I’m a healthcare provider who sees patients at home to keep them safer. I see several residents at this complex. The main office at the clubhouse looked at me face to face and refused to let me use their restroom facilities."
