"Stayed in these years ago when they were called Brookside and they were blue and white. They were well kept, clean, and very nice. I wouldn’t dare put an app in these! They LOOK dirty! Paint peeling, what are y’all doing with the money? Y’all aren’t keeping these up! Temple Terrace fell off in general but I for sure wouldn’t pay rent in these projects"

"I’ve never been so happy too leave a complex. Laundry was constantly stolen , cameras didn’t work the entire year and a half I was there. People leave trash EVERYWHERE as well. It’s gotten so bad management had started giving rewards if you could show someone left garbage outside their door or put it somewhere it shouldn’t be. Instead of fixing the cameras or checking themselves.. neighbors can be extremely nasty. Especially if they don’t like pets. I turned on my heat once and the carbon dioxide detector went off.. on top of that I have not received my security deposit from when I moved out on 10/31. It’s currently 12/14. This complex isn't worth the money they ask for especially in such an unsafe neighborhood. The photos are the laundry room and how it was left for literally weeks. Hopefully they actually fixed it by now"

"I wasn't going to leave a review of this place but now I'm being ignored and this seems to be the only way to get their attention. If you live here and your flooring is carpeted, you're better off probably sleeping on an air mattress and/or just not getting any real furniture at all because you will be charged for the natural indents of the natural weight your furniture leaves when you move out. I didn't leave any stains, burns or tears but for some reason I'm now out of $250+ of my security deposit basically for having a bedroom set. I've reached out to multiple people to explain how this is an unfair charge and now no one is responding. I was in constant communication with Bianca Salegio however, when I took a direct quote from the leasing agreement to further prove I should not be charged for this, I was directed to speak to the property manager and it's been crickets ever since. The lease states I’m responsible to reimburse for any damages or cost of repairs except “for damages by acts of God to the extent they couldn’t be mitigated by my action or inaction.” I tried to explain there is nothing I could have done to avoid these indents from occurring. Even if I had placed something under the furniture, whatever I placed would’ve just left a mark instead. No one could tell me how these indents could have been mitigated by myself to justify this charge and yet I'm still out $250. At this point I'm just here to show the unprofessionalism of this place and their inability to take accountability for what is stated in their own leasing agreement. And so you all don't think I'm lying or exaggerating, I've attached the alleged $250+ worth of "damages""

"12/9/2023- Hello I have lived in 2yrs. and I will be moving out because Mike the landlord wants me to go on mutual agreement. I wasn't the one that asked for it. This is going on because I seeing rats and mice in my apartment. They say that I am inventing things because I just want to move to a first floor. Everyone that knows me knows that with my health conditions I can't live on a second floor. Then I had to give a 60 days notice. There's bedbug, mold and I don't remember what the name is but you can't drink the water and the paint has contained something that it's illegal. He still hasn't signed the mutual agreement and he said that if the apartment is like they gave it to me then I will get my deposit back . I live by myself and I recommend that NOt to move in here it"

"This Place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY CODE ENFORCEMENT I KNOW THEY ARE VIOLATING OVER A NUMBER OF CODES THAT I EVEN MENTIONED! Dont believe the fake reviews either!!! If i could give this place zero stars it wouldnt be enough!! Every day the water is shut off! The sinks were always clogged and backing up with some thing that smells like sewage and the bath tub overflow the bathroom sink in the other room. The plumbing is terrible and the stove eye caught on fire and exploded during use! Nothing is ever the property fault it will be yours! I requested for maintenance no one came out in over a month to fix small things not even the plumbing issue i had to buy draino to do it myself and unclog the sinks I almost vomited the smell was so pungent! There was no pest control services either youre on your own! They literally painted over roaches on the wall! The patched up holes in the bathroom by placing a small cover on it! The only thing that looks nice is the floors thats it! There was a leak behind the wall that was molded! They pools never worked had ducks swimming and shiii in it the pool by the office. I lived directly in front of the biggest eyesore on property a pool with old rain water and a bunch of frogs mating inside of it! The laundry room was destroyed! And the dryers didnt dry!! All the stuff i could complain about I didn’t! These ppl are legit slum lords they have rats and roaches! They will take your money and say they found large amounts of damage to a 50 yr old unit to begin with! Its better places to live then here trust me! If u can avoid leaving here do it! They gave me a non renewal bc I couldn’t afford a place to go during the fumigation process but these ppl like to hand out $200 credit to tell on ppl that have fireworks, or dog poop not cleaned up, just $200 not to help residents at all…"
