"The person from maintenance that came to our apartment immediately looked for available and efficient appliances to replace the one that wasn’t working; installation was done in less than 20 minutes and he made sure everything was properly working. He was very polite and diligent!"
"Our washer and dryer had been acting up for sometime and James and Kenny had solved the first round of issues, no sweat- but when the dryer started having a much more serious internal issues, these absolute heroes came through and spent what felt like countless hours focusing on this dryer until it ran smoothly again. It basically runs like it’s brand new now, no clanging, no scraping, barely any more noise! James and Kenny are so attentive to each detail and truly leave us without worries about any maintenance in our apartment!"
