"I love the townhouses! Cambridge woods is comfortable and safe. The staff is helpful. Maintenance is great and always quick service. Scott Bilesimo is a very hard worker, super professional and quick to get the job done! *Daniel and Veronika are great in the office, always professional and helpful if there are any concerns they are always quick to assist. "These apartments were a nightmare from the beginning. I will list my reasons. 1) The electricity would go out randomly, in the middle of the night, in the middle of me cooking, etc. It was so inconvenient & this went on for a month. I was never compensated for the inconvenience. 2) We put multiple service request for the plumbing which was terrible. They kept saying they would fix it each time but we wouldn't see a difference. The toilets & showers were always backed up which made our living experience very uncomfortable. 3) The parking was so annoying. They charge $20 per car just to park there, if you want a reserved space it's $30 per car. It used to really annoy me when i would get home tired from work to not find any parking close to my unit bc they were all taken by visitors. We believe that a lot of these units are used for air bnb, so there was always new cars who don't pay for parking taking up the spaces. 4) Another parking issue which was extremely inconvenient was the flooding. The one foot high flooding started in the parking lot & made it to my front door. It was so upsetting to get home on a rainy day with two small children & having to carry them in water puddles that went past my ankles. The reason it used to flood was bc the sewer would get covered in leaves & no one would clean them. I also put in a service request for this, nothing was done. So my husband used to grab a broomstick & clear it himself. 5) This was my scariest experience. I was cooking one evening when sparks & smoke started to shoot out of the bottom of the stove. The stove made popping noises then finally shut off. I called the emergency maintenance line & submitted a service request. The office never received my request, so it wasn't until 2 days later that i personally went to the office that someone came & "fixed" the stove. In my opinion, they should've given me a new stove instead of risking the safety my family with an old stove that almost exploded on me. Thankfully my children were no where near the stove bc then i would've sued them all. We were never reimbursed for being without a stove for 2 days. 6) Another very stressful thing about living here is how they scam you with the water. They use some kind of screwed up formula & somehow calculated for me to pay anywhere between $180 to $250 in just water/sewer. Paying this much money for a water bill is unheard of & they could never provide me with any type of document showing how they came up with those calculations. 7) The most disappointing part about living here was the office staff. First they had this younger girl with red hair who would just argue & had no compassion at all. Then they changed to an even rudder middle aged women who would talk over you & refused to take any accountability for the apartments failures. The staff was not helpful at all, & puts the blame of everything on the resident. 8) Lastly, the amount of money that i had to pay these people after ending my lease was stressful. They charged me the last 3 months of water all at once, $550. And now after all of the money they've stolen from me, they have the audacity of taking me to collections for changing out the carpet which didn't need to be changed. These people are lucky that I do not have the time or energy to start a lawsuit. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"They are making a lot of money but they don't provide any amenities at all. No proper gym, dirty swimming pools. The rent we pay is high, so at least provide us good amenities Lake View Oaks is so much better they have a big gym with new equipment and a very clean swimming pool and they also have a beach volleyball court and even tennis and basketball court. Cambridge woods have nothing at all. - The gym is very old and very small i mean literally 20 years old equipment which doesn't work today. - They never clean or replace the water in the swimming pool, it's very dirty and I see only ducks using it cause no one uses it. - They are now asking visitors to pay the parking fee which earlier was free, why are asking visitors to pay a parking fee when half of the parking spaces are empty throughout the month."
