"I moved in January 2024 and so far I’m loving the environment here, it’s clean, well maintained complex. I had put one maintenance request for my smart door lock and it was fixed right next day. Thanks to the maintenance team. Apartments are spacious and nice pool areas and 2 gym 24/7."
"I've lived here for two years now and so far so good. I recently had some maintenance done in my apartment and Edwin and Abi were terrific. I appreciate the pride taken in keeping the property maintained so beautifully. (Some of the once beautiful grassy areas have gone downhill though with weeds replacing the once plush grass.) The office staff have always been pleasant to work with despite the turnover. It's not a perfect property but I like being here. My concerns would be the unsightly trash retention area now and residents old furniture being piled up between buildings 2 and 3 is a big disappointment. It would have turned me away when I was considering this apartment complex. The elevators aren't kept as clean and smell good like they did when I first moved in. But overall it's a fine place to live for location."
"We've had a great experience living at The Lantowers over the past few months. Unlike many other reviews, we have noticed that the maintenance team keeps the grounds quite nice. Every maintenance request we have submitted has been addressed in a timely manner and we appreciate the constant communication from the staff. Move in was easy and a quick process for us. I also love the two pools! Cannot complain and the location is ideal! We'd recommend!"
"HORRIBLE!! Do not move here!!! My first day moving in my apartment was FILTHY to say the least! They didn’t have anyone come clean up! Its was horrible! They switched my units and I’ve made a maintenance request for the new units and it’s been a week in a half and maintenance still have not come in and fixed it! DONT come here!"
