"Management is amazing and maintenance is very nice and very efficient. I feel safe when I come home from work at night and the gate is closed and I just click and come in. I feel safe getting out of my car to walk to my apartment I Has a pool Jacuzzi Workout room Asana, you can’t ask for any thing more, Neighbors are friendly and nice. They actually saved us when you were able to get into the apartment just before the hurricane hit and manager worked very hard to make it happen We moved here from Michigan Just want to say thank you for all you do"

"It has been 6 months that I’ve lived here & I am itching to move & cannot WAIT until my lease is up in March!!! This is the worst complex or place I believe I’ve ever lived. For this to be an HOA community the complex is not kept up at all! Management has a lawn company come but the lawn company only cuts the front entrance & around the condos. They never cut the apartment buildings. Also, the elevator in my building is constantly filled with smoke. There has been several occasions I’ve had to walk my asthmatic son up three flights of stairs being that we live on the third floor just to avoid the cigarette smoke which I’ve complained to management about multiple times and nothing has been done. I was told to let management know who’s smoking in the elevator, so basically they want me to do their job? The property also has tree limbs everywhere which have gotten caught onto my car while driving. This is from the trees being poorly kept up & never cut. Also, tree sap from several trees has fallen on the top of my white car & other cars which has now been impossible to get off. I may even have to get a new paint job. Several people in my building have animals which is fine but not when you allow your dogs to pee all in the hallway floors even in the elevator which smells absolutely disgusting! I guess these people have never heard of a pressure washer before to maintain each building on the outside & in hallways. Pest control has came 3 times after I moved in & never came back after I’ve complained of roaches & I STILL see roaches which do not & have not come from me! Do yourself a favor & DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I’d give this place zero stars if I could! This place costs too much money to be so poorly kept up on the outside!"

"I have rented here for 2 years and just renewed for another year because it is so perfect, not only the physical location, but the beautiful grounds, wonderful amenities, nice neighbors, and my unit itself. I love everything about this great place, including the management and maintenance. Diana, Tish and Hector are so amazing. They are professional, thorough, yet kind and fun, and they "get it done" whenever anything needs repair. It is truly my "sanctuary" from the outside world craziness and a relief when I get home. It is truly fabulous. I highly recommend living here!"

"I absolutely love the community. Property management (Diana) goes above and beyond and actually care about tenants which is refreshing. The units are very modern and spacious. As a bonus maintenance responds fast to service tickets. I have been a resident here since March 2022 so I cannot speak to previous management but Diana has been nothing less than amazing!"

"Update: it’s been 2 months since we went an entire weekend without running water. We had to go into the office the minute they opened that Monday morning to get them to turn our water back on. Management has told us they will give us a credit towards rent for 1 month of the water bill but keep charging us the same amount. It’s looking like they will never come through on that promise. It’s really a shame. Can’t wait to be out in less than 6 months. I’ve been living in this community for four years and have really enjoyed my time here. However, the recent change in management and the maintenance team has completely tanked the value. The latest incident has pushed me beyond my limit for patience. We needed to have our AC unit fixed, and left for work while maintenance was working on it. Came home around 4:30pm to find the condo has no running water. After calling the leasing office and getting no answer, we went down to the leasing office to find the office had closed 15 minutes early. This was on a Friday, so the sign said be back 9am Monday. For hours, we have called the emergency maintenance number and left several messages. At the time of this review, it is 12:46am and we have had no response. Needless to say, we will not be renewing our lease here."
