"Rented at two bedroom one bath at 20 davis. It was clean enough on move in and comfortable. The traffic is a bit harrowing at this location but we survived. There were two issues during the one year stay. A clogged kitchen sink drain and the air conditioner went out once and both of the issues were quickly dealt with the next day! Thank you to the competent maintenance staff. All in all it was a very pleasant stay in a great location for all the walking and biking the family enjoyed. The management were great to deal with. Thank you Davis Islands apartment team for all you do to serve your residence."
"You call and they have a answering service that picks up the phone that doesn’t know anything. Davis island apartments has a phone but doesn’t pick up. That makes no sense. They tell you to look on the website but what’s on the website is one phone number that everyone doesn’t know anything. It’s like talking to a wall. I’m just asking a few questions or trying to and no one knows the answer. It’s frustrating!!!!"
