The Easton Riverview Apartments

"Don't move here. Plenty of other options in the area. Parking is not enforced. Residents use the electric vehicle charging stations for their own personal parking spot blocking the other residents from being able to charge their car. I have been dealing with this issue since my lease began 7 months ago. The access to EV chargers was the main reason I moved in. Yet, because of rude neighbors and lack of proper management, I can't charge my car. Promised signs and that vehicles would be towed if they parked incorrectly FOR MONTHS. Last management could care less and the new property management has yet to solve the issue."

"For starters, the office is beautiful. All of the people I’ve encountered have held themselves to an excellent standard of professionalism. The common areas are well cared for. The amenities are clean and almost- always readily available. The gym is my favorite!!!! The tenants are a good mixture between singles, families, young and old. Most are friendly others may stick to themselves but all are respectful. All the dogs I’ve encountered are controlled and well behaved. The community here is beyond welcoming. There always some type of fun event or party going on in the community/ pool area which could be a pro or con within itself. Moving on to the living quarters. There’s usually always parking spots. Val-let trash service. Keyless entry. The apartment was designed for the modern eye showcasing stainless steel appliances. Bright led lighting. Standard sized coat closet. A dinning area with a built in shelf. Washer and dryer included. Vinyl flooring for the common areas carpet for the room or rooms. I reside in a two bedroom. The primary has a standing shower,double vanity and pretty huge. While the secondary comes equipped with a shower and bath combo providing ample amount of storage. Outside of the beauty of this apartment there are something’s to take notice before living here. On the surface this place is beautiful however it was cheaply made. The floors are lifting and get scratched as well as stained easily. There not a proper coat of paint so I can’t actually clean my walls without wiping off a layer. There’s spacing between the walls and the floors to include cracks in the wall. Which leaves space for all types of critters to come in. Which, pre disclosure- you will deal with ants in the summer and you will get charged for pest control. The walls and floors are extremely thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations verbatim and I know every time their kids are upset. My downstairs neighbors have me in their cross hairs because they can hear every pin that I drop and I also have kids that I’ve received noise complaints on. Remember how I mentioned the weekend events ? Well you’re bound to hear that too and since I’m on the furthest side from there I’m sure there’s no escaping that- but that’s my opinion. So, get the best earbuds if that’s a deal breaker . With that being said there are pros and cons to this place. Regardless of my experience here I will be signing another lease because well, I’m a New Yorker and have experienced worse. Yet I do think this place needed an honest review on their site. Bless"

"When moving here in the first week of August 2023, I have been beyond unsatisfied with the quality of the apartment, the incidents that occurred in a matter of two months, and the staff could care less about anything or anyone here. On move in day, I had to have maintenance come fix 5+ things in my BRAND NEW apartment. There was paint on the floors, doors wouldn’t close correctly, the cabinets were peeling, there was cement in my roommate’s bath tub drain, drawer handles were only screwed in on one side, and it was overall an extremely poor construction. The way this place looked when we moved in was unacceptable. We decided that we would stick out our lease and then move. That was until the following incidents: On September 7, I came home from work and saw a man sleeping in the hallway of the first floor of my complex. He was not a resident, but a family member of a resident. The police were called and nothing came of it. On the morning of September 22, I was involved in what could have been a deadly situation. A resident was driving full speed and broke through all the way through the back entrance fence into the community, in the exact spot I was walking my dog. If I did not turn around 2 seconds before he crashed through and run out of the way, my dog and I would have been seriously injured or dead. Then he drove off and right past us. The police were called and that is a whole different story, but the apartment complex could not have been less sympathetic. They have the entire situation on video. The only good thing that came of it was that they let us out of our lease free of charge. The man still lives here and I did not want to live in the same community as him. During this whole process, they were extremely unresponsive and I had to go into the office on two or three different occasions as well as send multiple follow up emails and calls to get this lease termination agreement. The fence is still broken as of October 16 and they have yet to release a statement on what happened. The back gate is wide open and accessible for anyone to walk in through. On October 4, my roommate was a part of a traumatic experience as well. At around 6 pm, the fire alarm for the whole building was going off and she had to get our 2 animals outside by herself. There were TWO cars on fire, which a witness said that they saw a white car drive away after the cars were seen on fire. Again, no statement or anything was given to the community. The following morning, October 5, the fire alarm went off again at 7:15 am. One of the same cars was on fire again. The firefighter said that it is “extremely rare for this to have happened.” Again, no statement. My roommate posted a review addressing the car situation and the community stated it was an “electrical issue” with one of the cars. While this may be true, they have been leaving the residents in the dark and with fear that their cars can be lit on fire as well. The cars, completely charred and full of fire debris, were sitting there for close to a week. They are finally gone, but the spots are not cleaned up and it is not a good look for the parking lot. On top of everything, we started to experience an ant infestation in the beginning of October. Pest control comes out only on Fridays. After he came into our apartment to get rid of them, we still had them EVERYWHERE. Overall, I would rate living here below a 0. Do not live here. They allow anyone and everyone to live here and people don’t have respect for the community. I’ve seen food left on the barbecue for days. Alcohol left on the tables outside. No one picks up after their dogs. It is truly disgusting and living here is an indescribable experience. They really sell you when touring, but do not fall for it. There is so much more I can say negatively about this place, but these are the main issues we have experienced here."

"Recently moved into the Easton and very happy. The amenities are amazing. Our apartment is great so far. The office had a holiday event this evening and it was a lot of fun! Great atmosphere, staff is great & friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend this apartment complex."

"I have been a resident since October 22’. Since being here the staff has grown and each one of them are very warm welcoming. There has to be some kuddos on my end to Ms.Keana who sold me ( without selling me) an apartment after the first couple of minutes showing me a unit. Genuine and transparent about the new property… every question was answered. Ever since then it has been a wonderful experience residing here. Everyone is friendly that I have interacted within the community. Dog owners as well! Feels comforting. The New construction is coming along so well! Looking forward to the continued growth in this Apartment community and further events! Also to visit the staff everyone once in awhile to say hey!"
