"Absolutely I would say this is the worst place I ever lived, Park was sold and new onwer's screwed all that lives there for years, They raised lot rent 350.00 more a month..from 550.00 to 850.00 .. No pool, no exercise room and a lame club house, they have destroyed the little R.V. park... Other parks in the area are 400-600 with a pool.. I should have known the first thing you see is a large garbage can when pulling in the park. would give 0 stars if I could..."
"Does anyone know how to contact management?! They have not returned my calls and had to leave the spot we reserved since it was trashed! I'd just like some communication and refund. NO ONE WILL ANSWER ?"
"I would give this place a “no star” if possible. As one can see the common thread is that they book reservations and then cancel them before customers arrive. I don’t know how anyone would want to make reservations here when you have all your plans and attractions reserved and have them ruin all your fun plans made priori to your arrival. We made our reservations and they cancelled us when it was too late to find another place completely ruining our already made plans."
"Just got a notice from our discover card that we got a refund for our reservations at River Oaks Rv Resort in Ruskin Florida. We did not cancel them ! They did! Now they don’t answer their phone. We were supposed to stay there feb 26 for 6 nights. Anybody have any ideas for openings? We prefer to not go too far south and not pay a fortune. Since I made these reservations in May I see some yelp reviews saying the same thing happened to other people."
"Do not book here! I booked a two week Christmas vacation at this place for months in advance only for them to cancel it for days before my check in date. I plan to so we could take our daughter to Florida for Christmas now she’s worried because we have nowhere to stay that Santa will not be able to find her. In my opinion it’s just bad business, I’ve worked in the customer service industry my entire life and this is just poor management. Look out if you have an upcoming reservation they told me this morning they have a whole list of people they have to call and cancel that last minute."
