"I have lived here since 2018 with absolutely no problem getting anything fixed the very same day. The office has always been extremely helpful with any questions I have had. Carlos has always done a great job. My only complaint is to many visitors parking were they should not."
"hard to believe some of the reviews on here. Live here for a while the manager doesn't do anything but raise the rent every time you turn around. Staff hardly do anything they don't keep up the pool, they don't keep up with the laundry area, don't have much of a fitness area. Don't have any activities like they used to. Irongate doesn't seem like low income. People always moving out because Tica always raising the RENT. Iris left because she wants better for herself and her kids. Willie one of the maintance guys left. Don't really want to get started with the other one"
