"Maintenance guy rude as hell. They don’t ever give you a notice of water shut off or pest control notice what’s so ever He’s rude to kids cussing people out smells like cigarettes always in sandals never wear shoes, there’s always trash built up, always cutting down the trees the kids playground is chain up no kids can play at all he puts zip ties ok the gates instead of fixing it Super ghetto we need new management & maintenance ! Management always taking two hours breaks an is super rude along with the maintenance guy two peas in a pod.."

"I think it’s good just the fact that the management will change form time to time and may get bad. And it also looks nothing like the photos. And if ur black just know u will be one of few black ppl here"

"Avoid if absolutely possible. Can’t speak for every building there but ours was a Severe roach infestation (me and my wife clean regularly too and it didn’t help). Had our rent raised in the middle of our lease which I now learned is illegal to do considering we did not add another occupant or pet. And yet they claimed they couldn’t edit our lease when we did attempt to add another person on but then raised our rent midway through our lease . Had one of our vehicles illegally towed and damaged(Front bumper literally almost ripped off) by the towing company they contracted and they took 0 responsibility for and we had to pay for the damages out of pocket. Supposedly income based but if you work a full time job , you are going to pay the max 900 plus a month. Look on apartments.com seriously you can find much nicer complexes for 900-1k a month that aren’t trash covered and dealing with a SEVERE roach infestation."

"This is probably one of the worst apartment complex anyone could ever move into. Management is very rude and lazy! It takes them weeks, even months to come fix your appliances or any needs! You have to remind them constantly if not they will never do anything. They continue to raise the rent and water bill but there service is horrible! They DO NOT give back the security deposit so might as well levae the apartment as it is! If anything move into the apartments next door, "grove point" they have better management then this place. Its such a bad neighborhood, your cars and your visitors cars get towed all the time with no explanation, your home and cars get robbed constantly. There is no protection or nightwatch what so ever! I repeat do not move here, go put your $900-$1000 in a better home."

"Unless you are desperate for somewhere to stay I wouldn’t move there. Some tenants are extremely nasty when it comes to the trash and upon move out, after doing everything that was instructed by the office they take your deposit to renovate the apartment for the next tenant."
