"It’s unfortunate to see so many negative reviews, Under this new management, my husband and I have had a great move in experience. The response time amongst the leasing team was very adequate (within the end of the day). I’m so happy to be starting my family in my new town house!"

"While everything started out well things changed quickly after it was discover out waste water pipe had been buried in the front yard. With no where to go the water began backing up in our downstairs toilet . After several call and emails to on site management we reached out to the property managers Westdale Property Mgt in Texas. Not liking this the onsite management became hostile and unfortunately turned down our original request for a lease change by one month that we had made unfortunately verbally when the relationship was copacetic. The manager also made an untrue potentially illegal statement about my husband. Now all this time we are including the property manager Westdale Mgt in all correspondence and they are also not responding to our ongoing plumbing plight that has left us unable to use water inside our unit. We now have to reach out to the State of Florida Code Violation office to report them. Finally after 14 days of no water (i.e no shower, no laundry and only periodic trips to toilet where we had to keep all paper in trash and could not flush) the pipe was repaired. To the date of this review January 19th the managers onsite and Westdale Property never reached out to apologize for our issue or offer any accommodation including our original request for a one month lease shortage stating "the request for lease change had been longer than two weeks" but not acknowledging we had been preoccupied with other issues i.e the plumbing."

"I’m not sure why so many bad reviews about lack of communication because I’ve had a completely different experience. The day after I applied I had a few questions and gave the office a call. I was met with kindness, patience, and amazing communication. I had several questions, as it’s been quite some time since I’ve had to fill out a home application, and all my questions were answered with ease. The couple of times I reached the offices voicemail, my calls were returned immediately, and by immediately, I mean within minutes. I applaud their professionalism, communication, and patience and am extremely grateful for all their help."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS! MANAGEMENT ISSUE! Lisa and her team are HORRIBLE! They denied our calls, didn’t respond to emails. When we finally got through on a call one day we were told we were approved and to call back Friday to speak with Lisa to confirm. We called and was told to call back again an hour later. We called and got sent to voicemail. This has repeated over and over throughout the weeks until Lisa finally answered and was totally rude. She took our money for the application fees and told us “is this an emergency no okay” and processed to tell us our Townhouse we applied for is no longer available and hung up. Me and my fiancé applied over 3 weeks ago. Haven’t once ever received an email, text, call to communicate anything on their end. All the work was left up to us to be scammed out of $225."
