"If you’re reading through all of the reviews then I highly recommend you do NOT move here. I have lived here for 3 years and every single year it gets worse and worse. We recently received a notice that we would need to remove %80 of our belongings to accommodate plumbing repairs. This was Thursday for an entry of Tuesday the week of Xmas! Also I should mention our AC has been broken for two weeks and when we asked why it wasn’t repaired yet we got “the tech didn’t speak English” so the guy closed the ticket and we still have no ac. Back to plumbing, we have multiple holes in every rooms walls and ceilings. Holes in our shower and to enter my living room the guy said “I can cut a hole in the plastic so you can enter.” The lack of communication is just a slap in the face and that’s how you’ll always be treated if you move in here. Don't get me started on parking either, joke!!!!! No bags for dogs in the walking areas, no wipes in the gym, no pool furniture for over a year, the gate never closes until your car gets broken into and then they will fix it for two weeks before it breaks again. The leasing office staff is just a bunch of “who looks the prettiest this hiring cycle” women who could not care less about your living situation as long as you pay. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"I’m currently sitting in my girlfriends apartment that I commute 2 1/2 hours to see when I can. They have had the water and air conditioning cut off since 8am, leaving us and our animals to sit in a room while the rest of the apartment is being repiped. We can’t even access the kitchen or anything in the apartment. The water is constantly being shut off and now without air conditioning I am genuinely worried about our animals. No water, no utilities all day without consent of the people living in it. And the apartment company doesn’t care at all. They tax guest parking, making you pay per hour. They’ve also towed her (decaled) car for accidentally parking in a wrong spot and had to pay $300 plus an Uber to retrieve it. They don’t care about anyone one lives there and are money hungry. It should be unlawful to have residents pay to be in this condition and they should be ashamed of themselves. 0 stars for the complex and minus 1 star for the people who work there."

"Parking here is RIDICULOUS. You will get towed if you are not in a visitor spot but they are charging hourly pay for a visitor!??!!! Outrageous. I’ve never heard of this. Encouraging my friend to move out of this place because we can’t even visit him without having to pay for a parking spot or we’ll be towed for hundreds of dollars."

"The apartment complex is really great. Maintenance was responsive, leasing staff was helpful and creative with events for residents to participate in."

"I wasn’t going to write a review, but I’m finally irritated enough to do so. The greed of management here is ridiculous. As other reviews have mentioned, there are very few visitor parking spots here. To add insult to injury, out of the very few visitor parking spots present, about half had to be paid for. So if you had a visitor come, they either had to A) luck out and manage to park in the one or two visitor spots near your building or B) park further away and walk in the often 90° heat with little shade to your building or C) literally pay to park for a few hours. Insane. When they recently announced they were adding more pay-to-park spots, I thought this was a bad idea, since it would just lead to fewer places for residents to park and you rarely see any visitors park in the paid spots. But no, it was even worse. They’ve taken ALL of the few free spots and converted them to paid-only. I originally had only two free visitor spots around my building, which were almost always taken. Their argument is that the free visitor spots were being taken by unauthorized vehicles, abandoned vehicles, etc. This was definitely an issue, don’t get me wrong; there was a work van near me constantly parked overnight only in one of the visitor spots and it was beyond annoying. But this isn’t the answer. Have the gates closed all day, not just in the evenings. Have residents use the app to reserve a spot for FREE, and only pay to use past a certain time frame. This way, you always know who is parked where and for how long, and it’s connected to a resident. But no, the alternative is NO free parking whatsoever. So let me get this straight. You demand we pay monthly to park our own cars (as if there is any alternative to driving here in Florida). You demand we pay for garbage disposal, when the compactor is often broken and the area constantly covered in a nasty sludge surrounded by abandoned furniture. You demand we pay for water, when it has fairly frequently been turned off for hours a day while you begin to embark on a months-long re-piping project (which no one is happy about either, by the way — the idea of having to relocate all my personal items, so strangers can stomp around my home, tear open my walls, shut off my water, and repaint for days while I’m not there to keep an eye on my property is not something I’m looking forward to at all). My water ran grey with dirt for over a day the last time they messed with the pipes. Oh, and don’t forget the security gates, which have been broken longer than they’ve worked since I’ve moved here. They’re working now, but we’ll see how long it lasts. A parking scam. A trash scam. A water scam. And now I essentially have no choice but to pay money to have anyone come visit me, because you refuse to listen to what your tenants ACTUALLY want. No one has asked for paid visitor parking. No. One. Wants. This. Except your wallets. The apartments are nice here, the views are great, but management makes me want to actually vomit."
