"I have lived here almost 4 months now and must tell you that this is the best establishment that I have lived in over the past 30 years of rentals ! It is a very well managed and professional high end community with OUTSTANDING staff . They take great pride in serving their residents with services, amenities and attention to details. They are personable and responsive, always willing to go the extra mile in whatever best serves the residents. Having spent a lot of time trying to decide where to relocate in the area, this place stands head and shoulders above the rest ! Trust me that you won't find a better value for your investment. I am happy to be a valued resident and know that you will be too ! When you find the best you don't need to look at the rest ! Kudos and thanks to all for the job they do in making this a place I can call HOME !"

"We've been here coming up to 2 full years & happy to stay longer. The leasing staff are very accommodating and responsive to concerns and requests. We had some concerns earlier this year that were immediately addressed and resolved. And the maintenance staff is beyond friendly, by far the best in any apartment complex I've ever lived in and they're professional prompt and efficient. It's also a great location, with a great pool, gym and is central to a lot of nearby needs/attractions. We're happy!"

"This place is horrible to live at. They allow people to bully/harass you. Even after telling the office, they will brush you off. Telling you they can't do anything about it. Even after you show them proof of your neighbors coming to your door screaming and yelling at you. Even after police have been called on issues, the office still refuses to do anything. The office will lie and try to charge you on things when you move out. That were messed up when you moved it. Black mold, and roaches are a massive problem. The stairwells are covered in roaches all the time, it's gross trying to go down them. The common areas you can walk about are gross as well, it seems like nothing ever get cleaned in this place. They charge you for parking under the blue canapés, when someone parks in your spot. The office refuses to say anything telling you that the person taking your spot has to be in it for over 48 hours for them to do anything. The halls are never clean, the elevators are always gross. Full of dirt, dog piss and trash. You can hear your neighbors above you by them just walking around. You can hear everything going on above you, and below you. Maintenance is not any help either, they don't fix things properly or flat out don't show up when you put in a maintenance call for something to be fixed. We have construction right outside, that shakes the entire building from 6 in the morning to 6 at night. the entire area smells like sewage, and waste. the construction noise is so horrible it shakes the buildings. They say they had no idea but St Pete office has public records of them receiving certified letters. So they knew for almost a year before this other apartment was being built."
