"i love when you have a complaint about excessive mold, water leaks, a non working fridge, pest problems, a washer and dryer that doesn't work and their solution after 6 months is to evict you instead of fixing the problem. i'll spare the bug photos. Now having to get the health department involved."

"Place is way too expensive for what you get. Maintenance makes you wait weeks for workorders. They also do apt checks evert couple months which I am not a fan of. I've had 3 inspections in a 4 month period. Instead of doing so many inspections, why don't you do the backed up work orders"

"Do not rent here, seriously. We were out within a week of moving in. Not “luxury” by any means. Save yourself the struggle and look elsewhere! Pictures are from the day we moved in. We moved down the road and are MUCH happier for the same price. It was a nightmare all around."

"WARNING READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING LEASE (you can thank me later). I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout the years and have not had any problems. I moved to this location three years ago despite the negative reviews as it was close to my work and I thought how bad could it be. Well that was quite the mistake. Within a three year period they doubled the price I was paying for rent, even when housing prices started to decline they still increased the rent prices. They once overcharged me for rent, and then charged a late fee on it as I didn't pay it because I was trying to get them to adjust the rent to the correct price. While moving out they charged me crazy amounts of money for things that they should have covered in wear and tear (I'm considering going to small claims court as I feel like i'm being extrorted by them). Comically they charged me to have my carpet replaced despite the fact that I vacuumed it once to twice a week. In short you probably won't get your security deposit back. Their laundry machines always seem to be breaking down and sometimes take your money without operating. I once went two months I believed without air conditioning in the summer as I kept putting in work request to have my air conditioning fixed and they kept coming over to fix it without fixing it until eventually they actually bought the part they needed to fix it. There has also been time when people didn't show up for the work order until multiple days after publishing said order. The people that work there are fairly nice amicable people but the company itself is very immoral. They also have a problem with Porch Pirates stealing packages and I have seen active theft near their apartment complex. In short avoid this place for your own sanity. Also, one more warning, they require a sixty day move out confirmation or they will charge you rent for months outside of the contract date. I gave them verbal notice on the phone and later emailed them. Apparently they didn't count me telling them that on the phone and the email was not quite within the sixty day period so they are now charging me over a thousand dollars in addition to trying to charge me to replace their carpet that once again I vacuumed every week. Avoid this company, they are extremely PREDATORY while hiding behind their staff"

"Here's the basic rundown: 2k+ a month for a "renovated" apartment that has constantly broken appliances, broken doors, A TERMITE INFESTATION, terrible maintenance, one dumpster that is overflowing, mold, unsafe outdoor pesticide sprays, and the most disrespectful leasing office I have ever experienced. We were moved into this apartment without being told that there was a pre-existing termite infestation (they will claim that it's "Florida" and there is no infestation). Our apartment is filled with termite droppings and often we find them flying during swarming season. Many of our neighbors are dealing with the same! The pest control comes and sprays but they tell you to your face that it's not going to do anything and haphazardly spray a few corners. When the leasing office was approached with this information, we were purposefully misled and told that no one had ever reported termites except for us (which is 10000% false). When confronted they quickly change their narrative and accuse you of trying to confuse them. What we gain from "confusing them" is beyond me. Overall, the two women in the leasing office will talk down to you and speak over you, especially if you are younger. Don't expect maintenance to fix anything in a timely manner, you will have to fight to get them out (we went without AC with animals for 3+ days at one point in 85+ degree weather, we are now on week 3 without a microwave). They will spray the grass with pesticides without warning, putting down small signs backward that aren't visible afterward. I've seen them spray and then dogs rolling in the grass, my neighbors sitting on it and I've had to warn them. Maintenance men will also enter your apartment even if you've explicitly stated you are not comfortable with it, often catching us while we are in the shower or alone. And since moving here, we are ALWAYS SICK. Overall, this apartment would be tolerable if it wasn't for the price. Our rent was raised to 3k a month at the end of this lease and I feel so sorry for whoever ends up paying that for THIS. I've attached a few photos, though I can't post them ALL. (The four pieces of wood over our grates were there for over a month, two of them blocking the main driving areas.) (The dead bug on the wall is a termite we killed! Also some pics of their droppings and holes in our walls that are everywhere!) (Oh and one of our cars got robbed :p)"
