There is some construction going on now with can be a bit of a nuisance depending which apartment you have. Overall I'd definitely recommend it."

And poor management and the Cuban guy with the glasses that he think he is in Cuba, telling you that legally they don't have to fix your AC and other utilities because that is your responsibility. 2 weeks and they don't fixed."

While the rent initially seems reasonable, additional costs for amenities make it comparable to larger apartments elsewhere. Our 2-bed, 2-bath, 400 sq. ft. apartment cost us $2,018 this month due to a lack of communication about a billing issue with Teco Electric. Adding to the frustration is the fact that, despite our initial promise of a new oven if we continued our lease, it's been five months, and we still haven't received it.
