"I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this apartment complex, and it deserves every bit of a five-star review. The staff is exceptional—friendly, helpful, and prompt in addressing any concerns. The apartments are modern, and well-maintained for a good price. In short, if you're looking for a five-star living experience with great staff, modern apartments, top-notch amenities, and a prime location, this complex is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! My niece and her roommate, students at Tampa U, have been living a nightmare! The place is infested with termites and management won’t tent the place! They spray and they keep coming back. They’ve thrown away furniture, appliances and clothing because of the termites! My niece is afraid to sleep and shower in her apartment and has anxiety about this! The management office never answers the phone and they don’t answer their emails. All they want is to get out of their lease. I’m sure they wouldn’t want to live in an infested apartment! Next up I will contact a lawyer and the news channel because this is stressful and disgusting."

"Tia has been extremely helpful throughout the entire application and move in process. She makes sure that request for my apartment are taken care of promptly and apologizes if anything does go wrong. The location, price, and condition of the apartments are all fantastic and well balanced. I am glad I decided to live here."

"WARNING! There's a reason they have a 3 star review, what a nightmare of an apartment complex. On August 25th 2023 I submit an application for an apartment and was charged $325 dollars. This business made my apartment shopping experience an absolute nightmare. $75 dollars was my actual application fee and the rest was supposed to be refunded back to me once I got approved or denied. These people had me jumping through hoops! First, because I don't have a job that pays hourly they wanted bank statements. Made me a littleuncomfortable but okay fine. I sent those over, but because my bank statements were net not gross I was denied because I made less than 3x the rent after taxes. Okay fine, they ask if I have a cosigner. I say possibly but my cosigner is going to call because they have questions. They had this HORRIBLE attitude and weren't giving straight answers to the questions, then decided to HANG UP the phone and proceeded to not answer my cosigners calls back. They also "accidentally" approved my application, called and told me it was approved, then went back and told me there was a mix up, I wasn't approved and denied it! I was seconds away from leaving a deposit on an apartment they never intended on sending me a lease for! After all of these red flags, I decided I no longer wanted to live at the apartment and asked if I can get my refund. I was told it would be sent in a check to my last known address, which is the apartment I no longer live in! So, the woman says she will "see if she can fix it and call me the next day" and of course, never did. I called my bank, explained the situation and they disputed the charge. A few days later the apartment complex called me with an attitude once again (after not answering multiple of my calls) saying because I disputed the charge they will be needing a money order or they will send the charge to collections. My bank sided with me and agreed to despute the charge and they do not like that, now it feels as if these people have a vendetta against me because I decided not to get a cosigner! I feel so taken advantage of and helpless after how these people treated me. Be warned, there are so many other apartments in Seminole Heights who treat you like a human being!"

"Updates 5/12/22: Pros: 1.The dog park has been updated to fake grass. My dog loves it! (See pics for before and after) 2. Really lovely neighbors! Folks are pretty respectful and it’s generally quiet. 3. The staff and maintenance are still really great and quick to respond any issues! Issues are still typically resolved in 24-72 hours. 4. We work from home and after two years can say we’ve had a great experience with the wi-fi. Cons: 1. the front gate is faulty and is broken again. Some neighbors have had cars stolen in the past few months. Police are here fairly often. 2. Some parts of the streets have been paved but there’s still quite a bit of the road that is hard to drive over. There’s also trash and garbage that have been on the ground for months still. 3. Certain amenities are less accessible or functional. I.e. the gym has limited equipment. The grill is often not filled with gas, the pool area has had all entrances closed except for one due to outsiders going into the pool. 3. Rent increase- many neighbors are leaving because of the steep increase ($350 increase for our 2/1) for us the increase went from 1192-1592. Last year (2021) rent increased by just $50. —————- Our friends recommended this apartment complex to us. We moved in a few months ago. It’s very quiet and a bit tucked away. The pool area is magical. The pool is y shaped and surrounded by lush greenery. There’s also a small and simple gym. I haven’t tried it yet but it’s got the basics as seen in the photos on google. There’s also a small dog park with plenty of shade. There are also several dog waste stations around the complex so there’s easy access to doggie waste bags/trash cans. The complex has the grounds cared for once a week. If there are any issues that arise staff are very friendly to work with and display meaningful customer service. The complex has a decent system for reporting and requesting maintenance. The WiFi is reliable and has good speed. My husband and I both work from home and have had no issues. It is an older complex so some parts look older (the porches) but many parts have been renovated including the apartments. Overall this is a pleasant, affordable, dog friendly place to live with quality amenities."
