"Shadetree apartments is one of the safest I have lived at. The mailroom is monitored so your packages are safe. Locked entries to the actual complex so not just anyone can enter. Workout room, community room and pool area are clean and locked. Residents only. Well kept trash areas and landscaping. Office is easy to communicate with. Repairs are done rapidly. Yearly inspections. Not mention other services available on the side through Amenify. Storage areas inside and outside the complex as well. Not too bad with average rent either. Truly happy with the service!"
"I enjoy living at shade tree apartments. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. The valet trash crew are friendly and efficient. Katie is an amazing leasing agent, always kind and handles issues speedily and with care. The community itself is pleasant and it’s always nice seeing everyone out with their families and dogs."
"Shadetree was our home for 15 months. My family and I really loved it here! The pool area is very nice especially when you want to cook out, handout and relax. It always felt like I was on vacation living here at Shadetree. The gym was perfect and even had a sauna! The staff was so friendly and never had a problem. I would highly recommend it!"
