Azola South Tampa

"I really enjoy the Azola complex itself. Marc and Hernando are wonderful and are quick to respond to any issues we have. The complex is beautiful, clean and well kept. My only complaint is the inconsiderate residents. Between dogs left alone howling all day in the apartments near mine, and the neighbors above me jumping and making noise in the middle of the night, I will say you hear every noise your neighbor makes. Parking is tight, and there are constantly SUVs and trucks parked in the compact spots, so my car has gotten pretty dinged up from others’ doors."

"My girlfriend and I recently moved in, absolutely love this place. Hernando and Marc have been extremely helpful through this whole process. Great staff! It’s a very quite apartment complex which is nice. We recently bought a fan to install in the bedroom ceiling due to the bedrooms not coming with one. There was an issue installing it. It was not azolas responsibility to help fix it but they did anyways. The gym is small but the equipment is nice."

"I moved in July and I love my apartment and its location. It is also pretty quiet here. The management team is very nice and have been accommodating since I've been here, though communication is sometimes lacking. When I moved in July, it was so hot my AC was working double time to cool my unit. For 3+ weeks, I used 2 portable AC units supplied by management and it was determined I had no insulation in the attic above me. It was eventually resolved and management was accommodating and very apologetic. The stairwells and the building areas could be cleaner. I noticed a pile of dog hair in a corner next to someones unit. Pretty nasty! There are also cigarette butts on the stairwells (non-smoking building) and trash on the stairwells as well. Finding a parking spot is becoming a huge problem especially if you live in the buildings closest to the gates. Also, if you arrive home after 7pm, it's very difficult to find any open spots. I'm not sure why they cannot designate 1 spot for each unit. Management sent a notification around a few weeks ago stating they were going to implement "Visitor" parking. I haven't seen anything. If you can't find a parking spot, you have to park way down the other end where the townhouses are or outside of the gate. I did send an email to management over a week ago regarding this and have not received a response."

"Hernando was so nice and informative, he updated me quickly on my status throughout applying and the move in process was fast! He answered my questions efficiently and made what would’ve been a stressful situation a good and memorable experience. He broke down the monthly costs, he went over the amenities and everything Azola offered. From the initial application to picking up the keys, it was a great experience and I feel most comfortable going to him for any concerns that I may have while I’m a tenant here. Thank you for being so welcoming, and helping me and my Son find the perfect place to call home for the next year and a half."

"I was driving in the area and stopped at Azola. First I want to say that Marc the assistant property manager was amazing. His customer service skills and knowledge about the apartment product was amazing. I have lived in many apartments and toured even more. This was the best tour I have ever had. He’s so friendly and kind. ZRS keep this young man and give him whatever he wants. It’s not very often you find such a great person . I am looking to move in January and will definitely choose Azola as my new home. Thank you again Marc for the amazing tour and recommendations on your favorite food in town."
