"I lived here for 1 year. And, although there are issues surrounding the complex, some out of their control. Some within, like junkies bathing in our pool, or rummaging the trash dumpsters. A gate can be put up front for safety with the price rent is at here. Cameras do not deter them. That said, the highlight of my time here was the property manager, Ms. Jackie. One of the most incredible, kind, sweet humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I read the reviews before moving here, and I am not new to renting. Have had my nightmare slumlords. I honestly thought they must be lying. The other people were not lying about this sweet lady. I have never had a nicer person handling my rental than her. And because of how great she was, I wish I didn’t have to move. But Tampa is out of its mind and should be ashamed with what they are charging to live in such a junk city. Good riddance, Florida. Renting from Alexandria with Ms Jackie was the best part of the terrible time I had to spend in that state. I appreciate you Ms Jackie. I hope you read this, and your bosses do too. Because they are lucky to have you there. Thank you. Best wishes."

"I absolutely loved everything about this place! The management team is hardworking and friendly, they take a lot of time and care to ensure the grounds around the apartment are clean. Some of the greenest real grass I have seen in a long time. My apartment was great, they just remodeled the floors and repainted. My favorite part was the pool area, in the day it got lots of sun and at night the string vintage lights come on and you can bbq with friends. Its not far from anything in Tampa and has a 711 you can walk to for late night slurpies and snacks. Overall Id live here for a long time if I did not have to move, definitely a hidden gem in Tampa! *I am not being paid or forced to write this review*"

"Got evicted due to falling behind during COVID and building a hefty debt. However the 5 star is not for the property, not the owners, but for the landlord Jackie. She did everything within her capability for the past few years to aid my family. She accommodated even in the absolute of times and was still patient and kind. If you are looking for a nice place within good distance of a shopping plaza with an outstanding kind landlord, go here. I had an annoying amount of issues here and there but Jackie stood by to the very end to help us."

"My stay here was very brief but I have to say Jackie was the most gracious and professional landlord. She always made me feel comfortable and welcome. Another positive thing was that I hardly experienced any extreme noise levels/disturbances. The neighbors were polite and friendly; I always felt safe which is a BIG plus. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in the South Tampa area."

"I will share my honest opinion about this complex after living here for almost a month. Great Things: -management is responsive. Ms. Jackie is polite, and anytime I needed she answered right away. - location is a huge plus! you can walk to shops. You can make it without a car. -landscaping (common areas), floors and painting are very nice. It seems they spend a lot of money towards it. -apartments are spacious. -neighbors are quiet and friendly. I am truly please with residents! -the walkways are well lighten, and always clean. -close to Bayshore Boulevard Not so great :( -apartment, cabinets and appliances are bit outdated -the laundry needs a functional air conditioner. -bottom of pool needs some love and attention. However, I like it here. If they perhaps change few issues, I can see myself living here years. I would recommend this place."
