MAA Bay View

"I have been living here for the past 3 years and I can say that this is the best location being convenient to everything. It has an amazing backyard overlooking the water. Best spot, hands down for sunsets! The units are really spacious. This is a smaller complex and enjoy that it is quiet and I have really decent neighbors. The staff and maintenance guys are so nice and helpful! They are super responsive when it comes to maintenance orders. The complex is very well maintained and managed!"

"I’ve lived here for nearly two years and I love this place. The property is beautiful, there is ample parking, it’s quiet but everyone is friendly. Maintenance is sooo responsive and fast. The pool is lovely, easy access to running trails, and you can’t beat those sunsets."

"I have lived at MAA Bayview for over a year now. I would give it 100 stars if I could. The buildings and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The amenities are great with the most beautiful pool that is so relaxing and tranquil. The sunset views at the gazebo and fire pit are the best I have ever seen. I tell everyone that we live in paradise ! That being said ... I have to give the people responsible for making it so wonderful here. Our property manager Ieva is what makes our living experience so wonderful! She goes above and beyond to take care of everything here. She is on top of her game with everything and is so accommodating . She is the best! Yamil our head of maintenance, and the maintenance staff are also amazing! They have also gone above and beyond. If we put in a maintenance claim... they show up almost immediately to take care of what is needed, and always with a smile. Hands down we found paradise !"

"We have loved living here from the time We moved in. Ieva is the absolute best property manager We could ask for, and the same goes for Yamil(maintenance)! Our neighbors are also great! All of that being said, and We still didn’t mention the amenities. Location, waterfront, tropical landscaping, pet friendly, beautiful pool, and incredible sunsets!"

"Been here 8 months now and love this place. You can not beat the view and location for the price. Sea wall is almost rebuilt and gazebo area will be remodeled/refurbished shortly. Maintenance staff is superb. Ivana in leasing office is awesome. Hoping our lease renewal rate will be palatable. Only a 1/4 mile off of Causeway trail, can paddle board or kayak into the bay from the premises, dogs are welcome, a great little fishing community here and even discovered great small bar and grill at Seaport next door that is a 5 min walk as well as Whiskey Joe’s nearby. To top it off, world class sunsets every night and frequent dolphins sightings."
