"I'm an owner for over 6 years. Its a beautiful place to live if you are an owner. The amenities are wonderful. I have enjoyed living here & meeting many wonderful people. As with any Condo Community there are rules in place to make sure everyone gets to enjoy the facilities equally. I don't think its a great place for a renter. They have trouble adjusting to Condo rules & should really look for more of an apartment complex. Its different from apartment living. If you are not amenable to having a limit on your pool guests or keeping your car in your own driveway & not using guests spots, its not a place for you. There are rules in Condo complexes that you don't have in an apartment complex & you are fined if you don't adhere. Also as a tenant, you have no say in the rules and regulations. If you have respect for others then you will find a wonderful home here. We need more owners less renters. So buy here, don't rent."

"I honestly don’t think the negative reviews are legit. There are no trucks or motorcycles allowed on the premises period, so any reviews mentioning problems with those issues are outright lies. I have never seen a police car, and the place couldn’t feel any quieter or safer. It is basically retirees and families, lots of snowbirds. The grounds are gorgeous, peaceful and extremely well maintained. I live on the second floor and have never heard a neighbour, either below or next door. I think the negative reviews are from people who have been fined or reprimanded for breaking the (very strict) rules, but that is what keeps the place so amazing. The property managers have been good and bad - John was really dumb, Gayle is excellent - but that’s not a reflection on the community, that’s a FirstService issue. Overall, it’s a wonderful retreat."

"Tuscany may look good from the outside, but it is a 20 year old community that was built cheaply. Roofs are leaking with resistance from management to replace, just keeps repairing constantly. See pics, roofing trucks always here after a rain fixing leaky roofs, many condos with mold issues. Walls are quite thin, you can hear your neighbors’ conversation. No security, no curbside valet garbage pickup... forget what the realtors tell you. The manager is rude. Ask me if I was going to pick up after my dog. Told him it was hard to pick up pee. He rides around on golf cart every day issuing his fines. Doesn’t address any complaints. The police are here often for domestic violence, drug raids and break-ins. So much for a gated community. Maintenance fees are high compared to other communities. Look elsewhere!"

"This place was absolutely beautiful. A place to retire to but not a place to party. I enjoyed it but the sound of laughter brought security out. You must be very quiet. Many rules but very pretty."
