"Very nice Apartment complex. Huge property that's very well groomed and kept up. Three pools very quiet dog friendly lil dog park n poop pick up stations throughout, 3 floor plan options walking distance to convert stores the elementary school and the mall also lots of options for food huge food court, also grocery stores banks and drive thru fast food like BK and Wendy's, and also the bus line up and down the main road 436 .. uptown Altamonte walk over the lake is perfect for working out date night walk n talk and always somethings always going on there! this is definitely a great place to check out in person if you're interested in moving to an upcoming friendly community a place you're proud to call home this might be it . I give this place 5 stars for sure.."

"I love the place! First I am conveniently near I-4, stores n restaurants. The place is clean as I drove around and felt it is a safe place. My apartment was ready on moving day. Smells new as I walked in. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and answered all my questions. It feels like home. I’ve been here for 3 months and still feel the same. One of the biggest plus is that on trash day I just place my trash outside n it gets picked up. The maintenance crew are the best too."
