"On 1/7/24 at 3AM, I arrived to check in to my room. I had a traveling issue and the nightshift associate named Cole was incredible. He helped me resolve my issue and provided excellent service. Cole was able to take an unfortunate circumstance I was in and turn it around. Service 5 star, room 4 star."

"This was the worst stay I have ever had! The women in the front are very Rude and not helpful at all. We spent an entire weekend there with No TV at all because they kept saying the cable is out or a bunch of other excuses. Never an offer to move our rooms. The room it self smelt like toilet water. Please do yourself a favor book somewhere else"

"Arrived on Friday Feb 2 - we were early, could not get into rooms before 3…or after 3. Almost 3:30 before we got keys to rooms tucked in the back next to the stairs and next to the housekeeping supply rooms. The pavement is not smooth so when the carts start coming by at 8, they sound like trains. Not to mention the staircase is a lovely gathering spot at 2 am by folks who definitely are not registered. And, don’t open the curtains expecting sunlight-might have well been in a cave. Re the actual room: no tv service despite two requests in two days :”you’re on the list”. No clean towels delivered on third day - had to go to laundry despite two requests to front desk and housekeeping staff. No phone in room. 4 inch diameter hole in bathroom wall for pipe…couldn’t wait to see what was going to come through the walls. And, don’t hang your towel over the shower rod - you’ll collect the accumulated rust. Good thing the top of toilet paper perched on the back of toilet didn’t fall into the bowl - nothing to hang that on. Two hotel size bars of soap - the ones about an half inch thick for all your washing needs. And the floor lamp - ugly and no place to plug it in. Trash pickup - that’s on the occupant, dumpster out back. This dump was a profound disappoint to what was a planned 3 day weekend for a family wedding. I needed a very large margarita and ear plugs to tolerate the place. Do NOT reserve here! It is not a great value-neighborhood is sketchy and it’s a rock bottom dump."

"Very unprofessional. The GM JOSH is not a professional person. He very rude. Some of the workers exercise rudeness and disrespect. He needs to be fired. He is rude to residents also. I put 5 stars for the rooms cause Ms. Liz and her crew. That so keep the rooms nice and comfortable.Ms. Liz is the only professional in that building. I vote her GENERAL MANAGER..."

"Absolutely would not recommend in ANY circumstance. I’ve stayed in MANY “budget” hotels and this 1 by far is the worst. In fact, it’s beyond disgraceful to the Baymont Wyndham name. Had to call in on my personal phone because there aren’t any hotel phones in any of the rooms… which is a major safety concern. I called in at 1:30 am due to screaming of a woman yelling “help me; don’t touch me” multiple times bloody murder next door to mine while there was LOUD thumping and banging. Security did a walk around but did nothing. This continued until 4 am. I have many recordings of the situation on my phone that I took. Next day (today); my electric randomly went off in my hotel room. I called the front desk whom said she’d call maintenance… it’s been a hr and no one has showed up while I sit in the dark. No coffee makers in the rooms. I feel unsafe as a solo traveler; DO NOT TRAVEL HERE AND STAY ALONE. My door barely closes (gap between wall and the door). Unacceptable. This hotel should be ashamed. Not worth the money. Not worth the uncertainty of safety. This hotel should be closed down."
