"Please avoid this place at all costs!!! You can never reach the office when you have an issue and there are way too many hidden fees. Apparently utility fees are being charged to your account 2 months behind which means you will have to pay 2 months worth of utility fees on your move-out date. The remote staff always has an attitude when you EVENTUALLY get in contact with them, especially Michelle the complex manager. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It’s not worth your time. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS REVIEW. DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. PLEASE FIND A BETTER PLACE"

"I am a current resident!!! Please don’t ignore the reviews like I did because rent is “cheap”you work hard for your money in this economy and it’s better off elsewhere ! Not only is PAT /PATRICIA rude in the leasing office but so is MICHELE the business manager! There’s an extra $200 in trash and pest fees but yet there’s no valet trash and the dumpster is always disgusting and over run with trash! When I moved in over half of the amenities and things around the apartment were half functioning or not working at all for example 6 outlets did not work upon moving in, neither did the washer, and the ac vents were full of mildew! The maintenance man came twice and still all the request have not been fulfilled!! Also if you live in the back just know the lights to keep the area lit won’t work. I could go on and on! My lease is up in April and I cannot wait! This has been my worst apartment ever! Please be advised and if you do move here check everything in your apartment and be aware of the staff."

"The complex increases the rent so much with no upgrades to your apartment and the amenities are old and run down and they hardly cleaned the gym. I was suppose to have a free carpet cleaning for the past 3 years of living there and that never happened but they charged me $150 for carpet cleaning at move out and it wasn’t even stained. Also they charge for parking that is not assigned and never parking spots available near my building, as well as trash not valet that consistently overflows is ridiculous. I also was not a problem tenant never have been but I thought a honest review was necessary."

"I would like to start off by saying this was the worst apartment complex ever from bugs to appliances not working to power going out for days to flooding to nobody in office working … the list goes on if I could give less than 1 star I would Nobody ever to help and power being out with no a/c apparently that isn’t a maintenance emergency I would never recommend them to anyone so glad to be moved out! Just ridiculous these are a few photos I was able to grab but over all disgusting"

"****Horrible!!! Just be upfront!!!! I cant understand the hidden fees. Just be upfront with your tenants. After signing my lease for a specified amount, several extra "magical" dollars were added that were not factored in untill after I signed on the dotted line. Parking is added to the rent for $10 but there are NEVER spots available. My new car was damaged in the parking lot twice by other tenants who CANNOT park. I've had to file insurance claims to have the scuffs scratches and dents repaired. There goes my $10 a month parking investments. My A/C unit turns on when It wants too. I have had to call maintenance several times a month to put more duct tape on the old dusty A/C unit that should have been replaced years ago. A/C unit gets clogged with dust dirt and debris which causes loud knocking sounds in the middle of the night in addition to the horrible wet mold and mildew odor that was never addressed. I was rushed to renew my lease to get a special discount before it expired. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, I came in a week later only to find out I missed the renweal special and was now paying the month to month rate for $6000.00 since I was 6 days late to renew or put in my 60 day notice. My rent increased from $845.00 to $6,000.00 a month before the lease even expired!! I still had 3 more months before the actual lease expired and didnt understand why I had to pay month to month rates before my lease officially ended?? My last last payment here was over $1700.00 on an apartment thats worth only $800.00. Luckily I caught on to the $6000.00 month to month trick 6 days into the ridiculous policy. You have been warned!"
